Each fully equipped bespoke self catering log cabin is exclusively designed for all your needs and is perfect for all year round short breaks or longer holidays.

Each log cabin has the same overall layout with two bedrooms. They each have a full size bathroom with bath/shower and an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The lounge includes two sofas, a log burner and TV, the dining room has a dining table and chairs and the kitchen has a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, hob and dishwasher (except Nuthatch). All cutlery, crockery, bedding and towels are included along with a basket of logs for the log burner. Each cabin also has a balcony with as picnic bench or table and chairs and a parking space in front.
Our log cabins are all dog friendly and we also have our own seasonal outdoor heated swimming pool (28 degrees C) which is open from April to September each year and positioned in a sun trap.

Nuthatch Lodge
New from May 2023 – Sleeps 4 with a king in the main bedroom and two singles in the second bedroom which can be attached to make a second king if required, plus a private hot tub on the balcony. To save space, this cabin has a fridge with a small icebox plus a wine cooler, but no dishwasher.
Hedgehog Cabin
Sleeps 5 with a king, a single and bunk beds and a private hot tub on the balcony.
Woodpecker Cabin
Sleeps 4 with a king and two single beds and includes a private hot tub.
Tawny Owl Cabin
Sleeps 5 with a double, a another double with a single bunk above. This cabin also has a walk in shower instead of a bath and includes a private hot tub.
Roe Deer Cabin
Sleeps 5 with a king, a single and bunk beds and a large balcony.
Key features
The lounge, kitchen and dining room are open plan and arranged with modern day living in mind.
The kitchens are fitted with either a gas or induction hob & electric fan oven, some have a dishwasher, all have a fridge, microwave and all the crockery you will require.
The lounge in Nuthatch has a smart TV and Bluetooth sound bar, the other cabins have a regular TV with built-in DVD player. The cast iron wood burner is your focal point creating that warm cosy atmosphere. A patio door leads to the balcony.
The dining area consists of table & chairs with a skylight positioned over the table area which helps bring the woodland into the cabin.
The bathrooms in Tawny Owl and Nuthatch lodges have a walk in shower, Woodpecker, Hedgehog and Roe Deer all have a bath with shower over.
Each cabin has two bedrooms which are cosy and tastefully decorated. There is one double bedroom with plenty of room for a cot and the second bedroom has a combination of single and bunk beds. Tawny Owl has a bunk bed with a double bed as the base in the second bedroom and Nuthatch has two single beds that can also be fixed together to make a second double. The main bedroom in Nuthatch has a another patio door leading on the balcony, the other cabins have a skylight over the bed.
We see deer here regularly in the autumn and winter and occasionally during spring. The site is too busy for deer during the peak summer months.
