Our Coronavirus Booking Guarantee
COVID-19 is now a known
risk and will be considered the same as any other illness with
regard to cancellations. We advise all customers to take out
suitable travel insurance, Refund Protection is also available
for all new bookings.
For direct bookings made in 2021 or after:
Any booking
that is affected
by changes in Coronavirus travel bans or social distancing
restrictions can be deferred
for up to 12 months, amended or cancelled with a rull refund. Our standard cancellation
policy will apply for all other cancellations unless "Refund
Protection" was included on your booking.
All guests now have the option
to include "Refund Protection" on their booking which will provide a refund in the event of cancellation
due to illness (including Covid-19), breakdown, redundancy and
many other reasons - full details over cover provided. For direct bookings made in 2020 or before:
Any booking that is affected by changes in Coronavirus
travel or socialising restrictions including an official request
to self isolate or because you or a member of your
party has
tested
positive for Covid-19, can
be deferred for up to 12 months, amended or cancelled with a
rull
refund. Our standard cancellation
policy will apply for all other cancellations unless "Refund
Protection" was included on your booking (available from 16th October 2020).
As of 16th October 2020, all guests have the option to include "Refund Protection" on their booking which will provide a refund in the event of cancellation due
to illness (including Covid-19), breakdown, redundancy and
many other reasons - full details over cover provided.
